  • Basic Moist Heat Cooking Techniques.

  • Sandwiches, Wraps & Burgers.

COURSE DURATION

100 Hours consist of:

95 Hours of training at the Institute.

  • 5 Hours of summative assessment.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • Have completed primary 6 or equivalent level of education.

  • Be able to understand, speak, read and write basic English.
