About The Event
A two half day event conducted by a Japanese Michelin Star Chef (11 years in a row) from Tokyo Japan. The training involves learning about Japanese cuisine and culture, demonstration, food tasting, short assessment and receiving the prestigious Bronze Certificate: Certification of Cooking Skills for Japanese Cuisine in Foreign Countries accredited by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Japan (MAFF).
